I am Favour Adesina, a law graduate of Olabisi Onabanjo University. My university academic journey started with MAFETF even before I gained admission into the university to study my course of choice. The foundation had always been a backbone for me throughout my five years in the university (even after I graduated).

My name is Adekoya Fatimoh Temidayo, and I am a 500-level law student at Olabisi Onabanjo University. Before joining MAFETF, I was on the verge of losing hope in my second year due to financial difficulties. Taofeeq Babatunde Onafeko

My name is Onafeko Babatunde Taofeeq, an alumnus of Yaba College of Technology.
I was born in July 1997 in Oyo state, Ibadan. I went to Adeola Odutola elementary school as my primary education, I further went to Ijebu Ode Muslim college for my junior secondary education, then I went to Wolcrest college; Lagos for my senior school education….
In the year 2016 I gained admission into Olabisi Onabanjo university… I paid for my acceptance fee but was unable to pay my school fees so I had to drop out (A realisation that the brilliant/intelligent may be cut short from reaching their destinies due to lack of funds or support) Professor Kemi Ayanleye came to my aid, telling me I should have informed her about me dropping out before I did. Come the year 2018, I gained admission into YabaTech in Lagos-State a year after my dad had passed away. So, it was just me trying to pay my school fees and the likes. I started having problems trying to pay for my educational needs, having learnt from my last drop from OOU then, I approached Professor Mrs Kemi Ayanleye this second time around before it was too late.
With the heart of a mother, Professor Mrs Kemi Ayanleye as a member of the MAFETF foundation took my case up and brought me to the MAFETF Foundation for inclusion unto the program. I had series of interviews with Pastor Seyi Solesi (The MAFETF administrator then) before I was brought on-board, as one of the MAFETF Champions.
The foundation has been sponsoring me since then, from my OND through to my HND program, taking away all the worries and hassles of my educational financial needs, allowing me to concentrate on my education without distractions.
When the opportunity was given to me as one of the very selected few to go (on an exchange program) to study Electrical Automation in Hangzhou vocational and technical college in China, I explained to the MAFETF board, and they assisted me with my passport renewal and they were in discussion of how to assist me with the visa and air ticket too but the program became fully sponsored by CIG motors from China.
I am today now wishing everybody well from China even as I start on a new journey, a new stepping stone to achieve my God giving purpose, maximise my potentials and fulfil my destiny.
