Dr. Michael Atkin Faleye could be described as a man of many parts, and all of his component parts collectively exude the ingenious characterization of an enigmatic personality.
A Nigeria born British National, Faleye went to Methodist primary school, Yaba, Lagos-State then did his secondary school at CMS grammar school, Akoka, Lagos-state before attending University of Ibadan where he read Sociology and graduated in 1984 before going to read Law at the Ogun State University, graduating in 1989 with an LLB Degree in Law. To Dr. M. A. Faleye, these academic qualifications were not enough to fulfil his life ambitions, so he left Nigeria for Europe in search of greener pastures. He went to the United Kingdom and immediately made himself economically and technically relevant in the UK. He acquired some necessary certifications, especially in the IT sector, and later became a toast of most UK’s corporate entities. He has worked in a number of UK’s corporate organizations, notable among which include: Logica UK Ltd, a leading IT and Business Service company, Verizon Business as the Application Support Consultant/Unix & DB Administrator
His other employers include: Agilisys (HFBP) UK Ltd and was Aircom International, as UNIX System Administrator/DBA, TEOCO Corporation, as Application Support Consultant/Unix & DBA Admin/Linux Admin, Kantar Media (Part of WPP), as Application Support Consultant/Unix, Credit Suisse AG (Zurich Switzerland) via HCL Technologies Ltd, as Application Support Consultant/UNIX & DBA, Parity Plc. Despite the fact that Michael Atkin Faleye is a lawyer by training and sociologists by academic discipline, his passion for IT has overshadowed his expertise in other areas of professional calling. He has devoted all his time, energy, and resources to the development of IT and computer sciences. His treasure chest of credentials is replete with various certifications in IT and other fields.
With a view to giving back to the Nigeria Nation. In the year 2004 Michael Atkin Faleye inaugurated MAFETF (Michael Atkin Faleye Educational Trust Foundation) which is a charity Educational Trust Fund Entity primarily aimed to assist Brilliant and Serious children with absolute disregard to gender/ race/ or ethnicity, (studying a professional university courses / discipline). Those whose parents or guardian could not afford to pay for their university education (offer of training scholarship up to PHD level if desired by the candidate) in a recognized Nigeria state or federal university. This MAFETF was also geated to create a network of future leaders who are committed to improving the lives of others in their respective communities.
This said MAFETF that started with a full scholarship for just eight candidates then, remained steadfast to date from over two decades years ago with a full scholarship for over forty candidates on board as of today.

Sobowale Oladipo Samuel was born on the 11th October 1962 to the family of David Adetayo Sobowale and Margaret Olaneye Sobowale, both deceased. He attended Methodist Primary School Yaba Lagos 1967 to 1974. He then went on to CMS Grammar School Bariga Lagos in 1974 to 1983 and then Ogun State University Ago Iwoye as part of the pioneering law set. Nigerian Law School V. I. Lagos 1987 to 1988. 2001 National Institute of Sports Surulere. Football Coaching Certificate.
He's always been in private and corporate Law practice. Married to his heart throb Olatunde Opeyemi Beatrice of the JFK Osibodu dynasty - a Lawyer by profession and now a serving Judge of the Ogun State High Court of Justice. He is blessed with two lovely daughters.

Dr Oluwakemi Amudat Ayanleye is a lecturer in the Department of Business and Industrial Law, Faculty of Law, Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago Iwoye, Nigeria. Dr Ayanleye obtained her LL.B from then Ogun State University (now Olabisi Onabanjo University) in 1988 and was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 1989. She holds an LL.M. degree of Olabisi Onabanjo University and a PhD in Law from Babcock University, Ilishan-Remo, Ogun State. Before joining the academia, she was in active legal practice. She joined the services of OOU in 2007. She is a former Sub Dean of the Faculty of Law (2011 – 2016), Head, Department of Business and Industrial Law (2016-2017), Sub Dean Postgraduate Faculty of Law (2023 to date) and has served the university in several other capacities.
Dr Ayanleye is a consummate teacher and researcher who has attended and presented papers at national and international fora some of which are fully sponsored seminars and workshops. These include the prestigious Harvard Law School’s Institute of Global Law and Policy’s (IGLP) Workshop, at Hamad bin Khalifa University, Doha, Qatar, IGLP Conference at Harvard Law School, USA and the Association of African Scholars United Kingdom (ASAUK) and British Academy Training and Development/Writing Workshop for Early Career Researchers at the British Academy/University of Ghana, Legon, Accra Ghana. She is a Co-Recipient of the Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFund) 2011/2012-2014 Merged Research Project Intervention Fund grant for a project titled “Integration of the Economies of West African Countries through a Uniform Sale of Goods Law”. She has to her credit several publication in reputable journals and books. She was a Reviewer of the Age of Human Rights Journal, University of Jaen, Spain and Research and Innovation Initiative Open Journals.
Dr Ayanleye is very passionate about the welfare of her students. Through her initiative, the Faculty commenced the distribution of relief packages for students during examinations in the 2017/2018 session and the practice has been sustained since then. She has sourced for funds for the payment of school fees of many indigent students both at OOU and also in the Law School. Dr Ayanleye is a life coach who continues to mentor many of these students beyond their stay in the university.
Dr Ayanleye is a member of the Board Michael Atkins Faleye Educational Trust Fund (MAFETF). She was the Chairperson of International Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA) Ogun State Branch (2022-2023). She is the Vice President OSU/OOU Law Alumni Association, and also Secretary, Welfare Committee of OSU/OOU Law Alumni Association. She is the Chairperson of Women Advisory Committee, Odogbolu Muslim Community and Matron, Al-Muminaat, (the Believing Women) Organisation, Remo Zone, Ogun State.

Oluwaseyi is a Business Analayst and Certified Proficiency as Scrum Master (PSM). During his undergraduate days, he led in several leadership capacities among which was National President of National Fellowship of Foursquare Student (NaFFS).
He was also the State President of NIgeria Christian Corpers Fellowship (NCCF) Lagos 2010/2011 during his service year. He is the Author of 'Victories in Crisis' a transformation book that guides anyone on how to overcome and thrive in crisis. He is the Director of GEMCARE SCHOOLS and CEO of Passion Plum Enterprises. He is an associate Pastor and Director of Service Group of Royalty Christian Centre; a fast-growing Church in Lagos, Nigeria. He is currently Lead Pastor for Home of Greatness (a branch of Royal Christian Centre) in the UK.
He was the first Administrator of MAFETF (a charitable organisation which assists brilliant and determined champions to achieve their academic dreams up to PhD degree qualification if desired). Whilst he was in this role, he wore many hats all at once; as an Administrator for the Educational arm, Compassionate arm, Empowerment arm, CSR arm of the MAFETF Foundation. He also acted to give pastoral care support for troubled minds on issues outside of financial provisions as well as give career counselling and fatherly guidance. It is worth of note that with each hat comes the seamless need of switching mindsets to operate. He continues to function in these mentioned roles to date apart from the four different MAFETF administrative arms (which are geo-advantageous).
